The Body of Knowledge 
Discover the truth of "You" that your body already knows. Experience a deep level of body awareness through meditation, journaling, and gentle movement exercises. Have you ever had a "gut" feeling about something? Your body often knows the truth of something before you do. There are other body sensations that can help you to get in touch with your intuition. Learn how to recognize and interpret subtle physical cues. What question would you ask your body to answer? This class will draw on the writings and practices of Eckhart Tolle, Carolyn Myss, Eugene Gendlin, and more. This is a great opportunity to meet others who are interested in the insights of Eckhart Tolle. We will have some time for silent meditation and watch about 20 minutes of Eckhart's talk entitled "The Flowering of Human Consciousness." Please bring one idea or "prompt" that you would like to share. A prompt could be a favorite quote, a nagging question, a personal story of growth, or a practice that helps you lift your consciousness. This is a great opportunity to meet others who are interested in the insights of Eckhart Tolle. We will have some time for silent meditation and watch about 20 minutes of a video. ... joining together for meditation, study, and discussion to create a field of presence: "It's the arising presence. You can access it much more easily as part of a larger community or group of people.
